TariffWatch Watchlist

Weekly BIS/Section 232 monitoring on the HTSUS subheadings you actually care about. Every Monday 9am UTC: a digest of every Bureau of Industry and Security Federal Register notice from the last 7 days that touched your codes, with comment deadlines flagged.

$29/month or $290/year (two months free). Cancel anytime.

Next BIS Section 232 notice, historically: projected in ~60 days (based on the ~90-day cadence BIS has held on Section 232 derivative-article inclusion notices since 2024; last notice: 30 days ago).

Subscribe to the TariffWatch watchlist ($29/mo) to catch the next notice on your HTS codes the day it publishes on the Federal Register — no fake urgency, real 30+ days of runway.

What you get, weekly

Filed once but need ongoing monitoring? Get the watchlist.

A $49 comment filing or $99 inclusion rebuttal closes a specific docket (like FR 2026-15961, the Aug 27 aluminum window). But Section 232 derivative-article inclusion is a rolling process — new dockets open every quarter, on different subheadings, with different deadlines. Filing once handles this docket. The Watchlist handles the next one, and the one after that.

  5. Cancel anytime — Stripe self-serve, no phone tree.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly do I get with the Watchlist subscription?

A weekly Monday-morning digest email listing every Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) Federal Register notice from the trailing 7 days that mentioned (or is likely to affect) any HTSUS subheading in your watchlist. When a notice opens a public comment window, the digest also flags the comment deadline so you have runway to file -- not a scramble after everyone else has already commented.

How is this different from the free /tariffwatch/checker tool?

The free checker is a one-shot exposure lookup -- you type an HTSUS subheading and see the current Section 232 rate. The Watchlist is the ongoing monitoring layer: you enter your codes once, and we watch for you. New BIS notice matches your codes, you know within a week -- not weeks or months after your competitors have already positioned.

Why $29/mo? What if I just want the free rules-version diff?

The free rules-version watch alerts you when the underlying rule set changes (rare -- a few times a year). The paid Watchlist covers the full BIS notice stream: proposed inclusions, denials of exclusion requests, quarterly review notices, exemption expirations. Different signals, different urgency, different frequency.

I filed a $49 comment or $99 inclusion rebuttal -- do I still need this?

The filings resolve a specific docket (like FR 2026-15961, the Aug 27 window on aluminum derivatives). BIS derivative-article inclusion is a rolling process -- every quarter opens new dockets on different HTSUS subheadings. Filing once handles one docket. Subscribing to the Watchlist handles the next one, and the one after that.

How many HTSUS subheadings can I monitor?

Up to 20 subheadings per subscription. Enter them at the welcome page immediately after checkout; you can update the list anytime by emailing andy@digitalempire.holdings.

What if a week has no matches?

You still get a "nothing hit your codes this week" digest confirming the monitor ran. That is the signal too -- silence means no BIS action on your exposure. We do not fabricate content to fill a slow week; that would fake the freshness signal and undermine the reason you subscribed.

Cancel any time?

Yes -- Stripe self-serve cancel from any invoice or receipt email, or reply to any digest and Andy cancels within 24 hours. No pro-rated refund on the month or year you cancel mid-billing-period, but no auto-renew after cancel either.
